1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to Toppers Worksheet Studio (“the Service”), provided by Toppers Infocomm Private Limited (“Toppers”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a school, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for that school.

2. Accounts

Keep your password private and tell your school or us if you think someone else has used your account.
School heads are responsible for who joins their school with the school code. Teachers are responsible for the students they add.
Schools must obtain any consent the law requires from parents or guardians before adding students.

3. Plans, trials and payment

Schools may use a free trial for the period shown in the Service. After that, continued use requires a paid plan. Prices, limits and features of each plan are as agreed with Toppers at the time of purchase. If a subscription ends, the school’s staff can still view and print existing work but cannot create or assign new work until it is renewed. 4. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful to children, or that you do not have the right to share; do not try to access other schools’ or users’ data; and do not disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Content

Schools and teachers own the worksheets and questions they create or upload. You give Toppers permission to store and process this content only to provide the Service. Questions a teacher chooses to share to the school question bank can be used by other teachers in the same Service.

AI-generated questions may contain mistakes. Teachers must review them before use; Toppers does not guarantee their accuracy.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

7. Suspension and closing

We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or have unpaid fees. A school may close its account at any time by contacting us; data will then be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Toppers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees the school paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Law and disputes
